Get in touch

The first conversation is on me.

If you, a family member, or a client may need a fiduciary, I am happy to talk through the situation and tell you honestly whether I am the right fit.

What to expect

Most engagements begin with a short phone call. We talk through the situation, what kind of role might be appropriate, who else is involved (attorneys, advisors, family), and what the timing looks like. There is no charge for the initial conversation, and there is no pressure to hire.

If a fit looks likely, we set up a longer meeting — usually with relevant documents in front of us — to walk through the work in detail and discuss next steps. Many situations don't require hiring a fiduciary at all, and I will tell you so when that's the case.

Service area

Napa, Sonoma, and Solano Counties are the core practice. The broader Redwood Empire region is served on a case-by-case basis depending on the matter and the location.

Court appointments are accepted in Napa, Sonoma, and Solano Superior Courts.

A note on confidentiality

What you share stays here.

Initial conversations — whether by phone, email, or in person — are treated as confidential. Nothing in an email or call becomes part of any record unless you decide to engage the practice. If you would prefer to share details by phone rather than email, I would rather you call.
